TDC 2005
Woke up about an hour ago and REALLY hungover... what a night at the Tour de Chambre 2005!
We were about 13 in all and started the event at around 7pm with a big meal cooked by Alan and Jonas.. some tasty cuisine including chili pancakes with tuna/apple/onion mush for starters, chicken/pepper/gherkin kebabs, spaghetti with pesto, and this really interesting salad containing small raw broccoli pieces, raisins, onions, pine nuts, and some balsamic vinegar salad dressing. Thanks to 2 pints of good ol' harboe pils and a few rounds of cheap port, we were in high spirits by 9pm.
Onto the actual pissup.

We toured from room to room of our dorm which were decorated according to the "summer" theme we had established earlier... mine was the only one not decorated coz i really didnt have time or stuff to put in it *sigh* Each room offered some booze based on the room theme and we werent allowed to leave a room until the booze was finished. Those are the rules.
To sum things up, here is the result of the Maltese jury:
Worst drink of the night goes to Isabella's swedish booze/snack combo. 2 inches of vodka followed by a piece of raw fish (sild). I swear i was about to puke.
Best drink of the night goes to Ulrich with his refreshing Pina Colada with fresh pineapple.
Most interesting drink of the night goes to Kristina's fresh strawberry daiquiri with tons of vodka.
Most original room theme is a tough one. Can't really decide between Alan's camping room where he patiently spent the past 2 weeks cultivating a bed of mustardseed grass which covered the entire floor of his room, or maybe Ulrich's Beach Boys room where we ended up jumping in a huge inflatable dinghy to the beat of Surfin' USA.
Best snack of the night goes to Mike's freshly baked pastizzi. They vanished in seconds but, being drunk, they didnt realize how hot they were so tihs morning everyone woke up with sore burnt tongues (teehee).
Best costume of the night goes to Mike's "ugly beachbabe" outfit, complete with blonde hair, massive breasts, and tight bikini revealing 4 inches of skillfully unshaved muff.
Best TDC room experience probably goes to Pennerla's "Cuban Summer", with big cuban cigars for all, pictures of Fidel and Che Guevara, and a big tub of cuba libre on the rocks.
Best stunt of the night goes to Jonas who put a fucking oxo chicken cube in my shower head so this morning i showered in yellow chicken juice.
The fun ended at around 4/5am and we've got a log book to prove it, which we filled with some drunken anecdote every few minutes. I am still missing my towel and a breast.
